For some reason, it took them a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. They did end up helping eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow

I got my Serta mattress a few weeks ago, the fabric was the first thing that stood out to me. For the price range I was shopping in, I wasn’t expecting it to feel super premium or anything, but it feels thicker than I thought it would and isn’t scratchy at all. The stitching also looks neat, which is something I only really notice when it looks bad.

I was a little worried it might start feeling cheap after sleeping on it for a bit, but so far it’s been holding up well. If you’re comparing it to a really high-end mattress, maybe it won’t feel as fancy, but for what I needed, I’m happy with it. Also, no weird chemical smell when I set it up, which was a nice bonus.

The mattress itself is okay, but the support was slow. I had to follow up twice just to get a basic update, which was really frustrating. It’s not the worst experience ever, but when you’ve already paid and just need some simple help, it gets annoying fast

I sit on the edge of the mattress a lot when I’m getting dressed, and I’m so glad it doesn’t sag or make me feel like I’m sliding off. There’s no weird sinking feeling at all. The edge support is so much better than my old mattress, and I really appreciate that

I found what I needed quickly, so no complaints there. The site was simple enough to get around, and weirdly I remember the little loading icon more than anything else, but overall it did the job.

I ended up buying from serta.com after poking around a few other places, and the price seemed fair. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but sometimes the “too cheap” ones make me wonder what they’re not telling us, you know? Like, why is this mattress half the price and somehow still claiming to fix my whole life?
Delivery went fine, no weird issues, and the mattress has been comfortable so far. I’m not saying Big Mattress is innocent or anything, but for what I paid, this one actually feels like a solid deal. No big complaints from me.
